Julie E. Mobley, founder of Jemstone Consulting, is the healthcare practice administrator at Cullman Internal Medicine, located in North Alabama. Julie is also a keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and coach. With over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, she has honed her expertise in growing successful businesses, building strong teams, and driving corporate leadership. Julie received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama and a Master's of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She is also a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
Early in her career, Julie was drawn to teambuilding. Prior to her career in healthcare administration, Julie spent nine years in the healthcare technology space as the Implementation Coordinator for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) company where she built training programs, conducted live user group conferences, and oversaw implementation projects. She also served as Quality Assurance Coordinator for a medical billing company. In her current role, she is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the practice including finance, human resources, operations, patient engagement, billing, and compliance, to name a few.
