Identify areas of opportunity for patient experience in a large organization. While it can feel daunting to make impact in all areas of an organization, this session breaks down the efforts into more manageable portions. This innovative framework and support model has allowed for direct patient experience support and improvement in more than 400 departments within Baptist Health Medical Group. By leveraging the Tiered Performance Structure, the group achieved more in-depth and intentional development of action plans, sharing best practices, developing a practice manager mentorship program and toolkit, and celebrating achievement in a more frequent but meaningful way. Attendees will receive a practice level data tracker, best practice templates, action plans templates and Monthly Patient Experience Advance template, all integral pieces to develop a successful improvement program.
